NEVER MID comes from everything I consumed growing up—geography and culture combined. Hip Hop in the late '80s, Baltimore's '90s rave scene, old D.C. punk shows, graffiti, skateboarding, comic books, street art, DJ culture, turntablism, and Indie Hip Hop. None of it followed the mainstream; it carved its own paths in society. That's kind of where I come from too.

Never Mid is more how I move through things these days, by putting real care into what you do, whatever that looks like for you. Show up for your craft, your people, your style. Not because it has to be a big statement, just because it's worth actually meaning it.

That's the thinking behind the clothes too. I want each piece to hold up, to last, to feel like it means something, to say something about you without trying too hard. I'd rather make things slower and get them right than chase this week's style. There should be nostalgia in the feel of the material.

This is for the artists, skaters, DJs, writers, musicians, creators, collectors — anyone who's living it and carving their own lane.
